ERA-EDTA signs three-year contract with ACS audiovisual solutions

ERA-EDTA has signed a three-year contract with ACS audiovisual solutions. This means that ACS will be providing the audiovisual equipment for the association's annual congresses in 2017, 2018 and 2019, and also be responsible for the construction of temporary congress rooms.

Association of kidney specialists

ERA-EDTA is an association of kidney specialists with more than 7,000 members and primarily active in Europe and the Mediterranean region. The association aims to advance medical science and related topics and holds its annual congress in a different city each year. ERA-EDTA strives to provide up-to-date knowledge, based exclusively on scientific data and independent of government or industry policy.

Long-term partnerships

Paolo Zavalloni, ERA-EDTA Congress & Industry Relations Manager, thinks it is important that a number of suppliers act as regular congress partners for the association. Long-term partnerships are also something that ACS strongly believes in. Such partnerships allow the audiovisual company to join its clients in looking to the future, helping it to make even better investments. This year's ERA-EDTA congress took place from Saturday, 3 to Monday, 6 June in Madrid. ACS audiovisual solutions first provided its audiovisual services to the association in 2014, on the occasion of its 51st congress, which was held in RAI Amsterdam. This year the two parties worked together for the second time and the experience will serve as the basis for the years to come. Following Madrid, the three-year contract will take ACS to Copenhagen (24-27 May 2018) and Budapest (23-26 May 2019).
