The Hague World Forum conference centre to offer free wi-fi from 2014

The Hague World Forum, an international conference centre in The Netherlands, will be offering free Wi-Fi facilities in all its breakout rooms and public spaces from 1 January 2014. The size of the space defines how many users are able to use the free, basic Wi-Fi. Additional facilities will have to be put in place for conferences and events that require extensive use of the Wi-Fi network and they will be arranged with the client. Examples of such events include conferences at which each person will use the Wi-Fi network with multiple devices simultaneously and sessions for which guaranteed interactions via the Wi-Fi network are necessary. “As a modern convention centre we understand the need for providing the right services to our clients and guests,” says Commercial Manager of the World Forum, Kirsten Vosmer. “We understand that budgets do not reach the sky and the money needs to be spent for the optimal conference experience. Our latest investment is an extensive Wi-Fi network that gives clients a fantastic cost effective advantage.”
