Management buyout secures future for Congrex Holland

Congrex Holland BV’s management team, consisting of Jarno de Boer, Managing Director and Rob Eskes, Director Business Relations, have entered a partnership with Prasant Saha, CEO of CIMGlobal to ensure the success of all projects, the entity and its employees for the future. The agreement was signed today and includes all shares of the former subsidiary of Congrex Holding BV. The current focus is to maintain successful delivery as the company has done for over 32 years. In the offices of Congrex Holland BV in Amsterdam, Noordwijk and Rome it has been business as usual despite the hectic times. Congrex Holland BV has a dedicated and stable team and with the new ownership in place this team is ready for the future.” Congrex Holland BV employs a team of 27 professionals, specialised in conferences, meetings, hotel accommodation and association management services for a wide variety of industries.
