MPI World Educational Congress shifts to November

The MPI World Educational Congress has been given a new date. The international conference for the meetings & events professionals is now scheduled for November 3-6 in Grapevine, Texas. Until now, many meeting professionals had hoped that WEC Grapevine would mark a new start in early June after the corona crisis.

Hybrid event

WEC Grapevine is also getting a new setup in the form of a hybrid event, with both a in-personal and virtual experience. MPI wants everyone to experience during its World Educational Congress which of the live and virtual formats works best for them.

Prices reduced

Recognizing that meeting professionals face many uncertainties in these turbulent times – job losses, business travel freezes, etc. – MPI’s goal is to make it easier to get to WEC Grapevine. To this end, the international trade union has lowered the program prices of WEC across the board. It is also possible to get a full refund if you still cannot attend the live event or the registration can be converted to the virtual event or reserved for WEC Las Vegas in 2021.
