Postillion Hotels opens hotel and conference centre in The Hague

Postillion Hotels expands to The Hague. 15th March 2021 will see the opening of the 2000m2 Postillion Meeting Centre in HSK Offices, located next to Den Haag HS Station. The full 6500m2 Convention Centre with capacity for 1400 conference attendees is set to open in January 2022. Postillion aims to add hotel rooms to the complex in the final phase of development. This expansion is in line with Postillion’s ambition to optimally serve international business travellers.

Challenging times

Postillion has consciously chosen to continue investing during these challenging times. Despite the impact of the Coronavirus pandemic on the MICE sector, Postillion is looking positively towards the future. The opening of this new branch in The Hague will now give Postillion representation in the four largest cities in the Netherlands (Amsterdam, The Hague, Rotterdam and Utrecht) and will strengthen the hotel chain’s position on the international conference market. This will also help Postillion contribute to the local economy.

International conference destination

Erik-Jan Ginjaar, Managing Director, Postillion Hotels: ‘We are extremely proud and happy to announce the opening of such a beautiful new location during such difficult times. The Hague distinguishes itself as a destination for (inter)national meetings and conferences and has been on our wish list for a long time. A long-held ambition is finally being fulfilled. We firmly believe in the recovery of the MICE sector and will continue to work hard towards our international growth ambitions’.
