Geoff Donaghy herkozen als AIPC-voorzitter

Geoff Donaghy, CEO van Convention Centre Sydney (ICC Sydney), is tijdens de AIPC Annual Conference in Boston herkozen als voorzitter van de internationale vereniging voor managers van congrescentra en beursgebouwenHij gaat daarmee zijn tweede termijn in. Donaghy: “AIPC is committed to encouraging and recognising excellence in convention centre management, while at the same time providing the tools to achieve such high standards through its research, educational and networking programs. It is a great honour to be recognised and trusted by my global peers to continue working in such a unique position amongst the various organisations that represent the meetings industry.”

Tijdens het congres werd tevens vastgesteld dat de 2017-editie van het jaarcongres in Sydney zal plaatsvinden. In 2016 is het Franse Nantes de gaststad van AIPC Annual Conference.
